อุทยานเมืองเก่าพิจิตร อยู่ห่างจากตัวเมืองประมาณ 7 กิโลเมตร เชื่อว่าเป็นที่ตั้งของเมืองพิจิตรเก่า สร้างในสมัยพระยาโคตรบอง ประมาณปี พ.ศ. 1601 ภายในบริเวณกำแพงเมืองมีพื้นที่ประมาณ 400 ไร่เศษ มีลักษณะเป็นเมืองโบราณ ประกอบไปด้วย กำแพงเมือง คูเมือง เจดีย์เก่า ฯลฯ มีสวนรุกขชาติกาญจนกุมารซึ่งกรมป่าไม้ได้จัดตั้งขึ้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2520 ทำให้ภายในบริเวณอุทยานแห่งนี้มีต้นไม้ร่มรื่นหลายชนิดเหมาะเป็นที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ และภายในอุทยานยังมีแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่นที่น่าสนใจ คือ
