การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานในการดำเนินงานและผลการปฏิบัติงาน/โครงการ ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการจากหน่วยงานภายใต้สังกัดส่วนบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรป่าชายเลนที่ 1 และปัญหาอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงาน ประชากรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ หัวหน้าหน่วยงาน จำนวน ๖ ราย และประชาชนทั่วไปที่เข้ามาขอรับบริการ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น ๓๗๐ ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบติดตามประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงาน แบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย
