Job scope 

Production & Utility machines maintenance: Manage and monitor plant reliability, machine down time, plan, and schedule Production machines , utility, equipments, building maintenance and modifications, monitor & minimize repair and maintenance expense
Production & Utility Project: Oversees engineering design and construction of new facilities, or alterations or modification of existing facilities for production machines and utilities
Machines validation & reports: To develop, implement, and monitors comprehensive production & utility machines operation, including sampling, testing, data collection and validating to ensure the system is maintained in good condition
Training & developments: To make recommendations and improvements to minimize potential machines shut down and conduct related training and educational programs
Plant EHS: Establish and continuous improve of the energy conservation program, EHS, GMP and HACCP for plant facility
Engineering inventory: Monitor inventory spare parts & operating supply for engineering department


Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years experience in project management, repair & maintenance , environmental and energy managements
Environment management certificate, Energy management certificate and AutoCAD is preferable
Understood with manufacturing performance management and tools, finance concept, ISO, GMP and HACCP basis.
Good command of English and computer literate
