กิจวัตรประจำวันของฉันในแต่ล่ะวันก็ไม่มีอะไรมาก บ้านฉันเป็นวิถีชีวิตที่เรียบง่ายปลูกผักสวนครัว และเพาะเห็ดฟาง สวนเกษตรพอเพียง ในพื้นที่หลังบ้านฉันมีพื้นที่ปลูกผักเกษตรอินทรีย์ปลอดสารพิษเพื่อใช้บริโภคภายในครอบครัว ถ้าเหลือก็สามารถนำไปจำหน่ายเพื่อเป็นรายเสริมได้ พื้นที่หลังบ้านนี้ได้พื้นที่ตั้งของบ้านที่ดีบรรยากาศรอบๆ ก็ดูสวยงามเหมาะกับการเพาะปลูก
            ตื่นมาในเช้าวันจันทร์ วันแรกของสัปดาห์ที่ต้องทำงานเวลา 05.30 น. (ไม่ค่อยอยากตื่น ) วันนี้อากาศช่างสดชื่น ฉันตื่นแต่เช้า ต้องตื่นไปดูแลพืชผักสวนครัวหลังบ้านก่อนไปทำงาน เมื่อถึงเวลา 06.30 น.ฉันก็รีบไปแต่งตัวอาบน้ำ รับประทานอาหารเช้ากับครอบครัว แล้วออกไปทำงานตามปกติเวลา 07.00 น. การทำงานเริ่มขึ้น จนถึงเวลาพักเที่ยง 12.00 น. ก็ออกไปรับประทานอาหารกับเพื่อนร่วมงานอย่างมีความสุข แล้วกลับไปทำงานต่อจนถึงเวลาเลิกงาน 18.00 น. ก็เดินทางกลับบ้านปกติ ถึงบ้านอาบน้ำแต่งตัว พักผ่อน ดูทีวี จนถึงเวลา 22.30 น. ก็ถึงเวลาเข้านอนแล้ว ยังไงก็หลับฝันดี
