หากสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดอื่น ยื่นจดทะเบียนได้ที่สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าจังหวัดที่สำนักงานใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ และสามารถขอจดทะเบียนทางอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ www.dbd.go.th ได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย

ข้อควรรู้เพิ่มเติม
การลงลายมือชื่อในคำขอจดทะเบียน หุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการผู้ขอจะทะเบียนจะต้องลงลายมือชื่อด้วยตนเองต่อหน้านายทะเบียน ในกรณีที่ไม่อาจลงลายมือชื่อต่อหน้านายทะเบียนได้ไม่ว่าด้วยประการใดๆ ให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนลงลายมือชื่อด้วยตนเองต่อหน้าบุคคลดังต่อไปนี้
1.กรณีลงลายมือชื่อในราชอาณาจักร
(1)พนักงานฝ่ายปกครอง หรือตำรวจชั้นผู้ใหญ่ซึ่งประจำอยู่ในท้องที่ที่ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่
(2)สามัญสมาชิกหรือสมาชิกวิสามัญแห่งเนติบัณฑิตยสภา หรือ
(3)บุคคลอื่นตามที่นายทะเบียนกลางประกาศกำหนด ได้แก่
-ผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต
-กรรมการและเจ้าหน้าที่หอการค้าไทยและหอการค้าจังหวัด ตามประกาศสำนักงานทะเบียนหุ้นส่วนบริษัทกลาง เรื่องกำหนดบุคคลที่ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทจำกัดจะลงลายมือชื่อต่อหน้าได้ (ฉบับที่ 2) ลงวันที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ 2550
