ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2558 จนถึงกรกฎาคม 2559 ที่ผ่านมา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติได้จัดงานอีเว้นท์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมและน่าจดจำอย่างมากมาย ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายส่วนใหญ่ของแต่ละงานอีเว้นท์คือคณาจารย์ บุคลากร นักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ทั้งที่เป็นคนไทยและต่างชาติ รวมทั้งบุคคลภายนอกในบางอีเว้นท์ก็เช่นกัน

ทุกๆงานอีเว้นท์ที่เราจัดในปีที่ผ่านมา ล้วนแล้วแต่สร้างความความประทับใจให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงาน โดยทุกๆงานอีเว้นท์เราจะมีการทำแบบประเมิณของกิจกรรมดังกล่าว และผลลัพท์ของทุกๆงานอีเว้นท์ต่างประสบความสำเร็จอย่างน่าทึ่งมาก
