คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกันทำสัญญา มีข้อความดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 4. ในกรณีที่ นายหน้า ได้ค่านายหน้า จากผู้ซื้อ ผู้ให้สัญญาไม่ต้องชำระค่านายหน้า
ข้อ 5. ในกรณีที่นายหน้าสามารถขายทรัพย์ได้เกินหรือสูงไปกว่าที่ตกลงในสัญญานี้ ผู้ให้สัญญาตกลงให้จำนวนเงินส่วนที่เกินเป็นของนายหน้า โดยนายหน้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบมีภาระเป็นผู้เสียภาษีอากรค่าธรรมเนียมการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ และค่าธรรมเนียม ต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับการโอนเฉพาะส่วนที่เกินซึ่งนายหน้าเป็นผู้ได้รับเงิน

ข้อ 6. ผู้ให้สัญญาตกลงจะให้ค่าใช้จ่ายแก่นายหน้า เท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับในกรณีที่หาผู้ซื้อมาทำสัญญาซื้อทรัพย์สำเร็จ เป็นเงินอีก.......................................บาท(.....................................................)

ข้อ 8. ในกรณีที่นายหน้าทำหน้าที่ผิดสัญญานายหน้า ทำให้ผู้ให้สัญญาเสียหายผู้ให้สัญญามีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญา และเรียกค่าเสียหายจากนายหน้าได้อีก

ข้อ 9. ในกรณีที่ผู้ให้สัญญาผิดสัญญาไม่ยอมขายทรัพย์ เมื่อนายหน้าได้ชี้ช่องและจัดการให้ได้เข้าทำสัญญาแล้ว ผู้ให้สัญญา ตกลงยอมชำระเงินให้กับนายหน้า ตามสัญญานี้เว้นแต่ในกรณี ทรัพย์ที่ขายถูกทางราชการเวณคืน หรือมีคำสั่งศาลห้ามจำหน่ายอันมิใช่เป็นความผิดของผู้ให้สัญญา
