ชนาธิป ได้ลงสนามให้ทีมชาติไทยชุดใหญ่เป็นครั้งแรกในการแข่งขันนัดอุ่นเครื่องกับทีมชาติภูฏาน เมื่อวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2555 ที่สนามไทย-ญี่ปุ่น ดินแดง โดยถูกเปลี่ยนตัวลงมาในครึ่งหลังและทีมชาติไทยชนะไป 5-0
