Please help to check and find out root cause ka, thank you

1) Cannot retrieve the phone line from ext no. 117 K. Hari / ext no. 102 P’ Lee / ext no. 113 N’ Peeramon
2) Cannot transfer the phone line from ext no. 120 N’ Puy Duangporn to others line
3) Cannot transfer the phone line from ext no. 113 N’ Peeramon to others line
4) Some time cannot call to foreign country : ext no. 120 N’ Puy Duangporn / ext no.124 Jane Kornchanok
