บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของชุดสับหัวมันสำปะหลัง เพื่อนามาวิเคราะห์การออกแบบชุดสับหัวมันสำปะหลัง ตลอดจนหาประสิทธิภาพและการประเมินการทางานของชุดสับหัวมันสำปะหลัง จากการศึกษาข้อมูลของชุดสับหัวมันสำปะหลัง พบว่า
1. น้ำหนักเฉลี่ยของการสับหัวมันสาปะหลัง ที่ได้จากการสับด้วยชุดสับหัวมันสำปะหลังที่ผู้จัดทาปริญญานิพนธ์สร้างขึ้น ในการสับหัวมันสาปะหลัง 50 กิโลกรัม ใช้มอเตอร์ในการสับใช้น้ำหนักเฉลี่ย 49.36 กิโลกรัม
2. เวลาเฉลี่ยของการสับหัวมันสำปะหลัง ที่ได้จากการสับด้วยชุดสับหัวมันสำปะหลังที่ผู้จัดทาปริญญานิพนธ์สร้างขึ้น ในการสับหัวของมันสำปะหลังที่ได้ทำการสับ 50 กิโลกรัม โดยใช้มอเตอร์ในการสับใช้เวลาเฉลี่ยในการสับหัวมันสำปะหลัง 2.96 นาที
