ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องแจ้งกำหนดการตรวจงาน

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องแจ้งกำหนดการตรวจงานเพื่อรับค่าจ้างในแต่ละงวด ตามเงื่อนไขให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้างทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน และผู้รับจ้างยินยอมให้ผู้ว่าจ้างหรือตัวแทนของผู้ว่าจ้างเข้าตรวจงานตามงวดของสัญญานี้ได้ตลอดเวลาตามสมควร แต่ทั้งนี้การตรวจงานจะไม่เป็นการรบกวนและขัดขวางการทำงานของผู้จ้าง
