ASEAN, or the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Association of South East AsianNations or ASEAN) was established by the Bangkok Declaration (Bangkok Declaration), which was signed at the Palace of Forums on August 8, 2510, by the Minister. The State Department established a five member countries, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, which consists of representatives of the five countries.
