บัดนี้ครบกำหนดหลักประกันผลงาน 1 ปี แล้วสิ่งก่อสร้างดังกล่าวมีสภาพดีและใช้การได้ดี
ข้าพเจ้าจึงขอเงินประกันผลงานคืน จำนวนเงินทั้งหมด 33,000 บาท (สามหมื่นสามพันบาทถ้วน)
ขอได้โปรดจัดการถอนเงินประกันผลงานคืน ให้ข้าพเจ้าด้วย
