- Assistant มีความตั้งใจในการสอน ทำตาม flow ได้ดี และได้แนะนำการทำ WS ระดับ 6A ในกรณีที่เด็กสามารถอ่านเองได้ แต่ยังติดบางคำ สามารถใช้ WS เป็นตัวช่วยในการสอนได้ เช่น อ่านหน้าขวาบางคำไม่ได้ ให้ดูหน้าซ้าย นึกบางคำในหน้าแปดไม่ออก สามารถเปิดไปดูหน้าเจ็ด แล้วให้นักเรียนกลับมาอ่าน รวมทั้งได้ให้คำแนะนำเรื่องการให้นักเรียน ฟังซีดี เพื่อที่ครู ไม่ต้อง Input เอง ลดการสอน และมีเวลาดูแลเด็กคนอื่นมากขึ้น
- NIT – 2 Instructor มีข้อสงสัยในเรื่องการประสมเสียง แบบที่เป็นเสียง –ะ กึ่งเสียง เช่นคำว่า “ฟัน” “สั้น” ว่าจะให้การสอนอย่างไร และจะสามารถใช้การสะกด เพื่อให้การสอนได้หรือไม่ ซึ่งได้ให้คำแนะนำแก่ Instructor ว่าไม่ต้องให้เด็กสะกด แต่อ่านให้เด็กฟังได้ เช่น ฟ-อะ-น = ฟัน แต่ไม่ต้องอธิบาย เพื่อให้เด็กออกเสียงได้
- ขั้นตอนการ Role play Instructor มีความเข้าใจและทำได้ดี สามารถสังเกตนักเรียน ว่าทำตามคำสั่งได้ถูกต้องหรือไม่ และให้การสอนได้ถูกต้อง
