บทคัดย่อ

การสำรวจการวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อวิธีการแก้ปัญหาการค้างชำระกองทุนกู้ยืมเพื่อการศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาการค้างชำระกองทุนกู้ยืมเพื่อการศึกษา ประชาการที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 287 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบไม่แทนที่ (Simple randomsampling replacement) ขนาดตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 12 คน
ด้านวิธีแก้ปัญหาการค้างชำระกองทุนกู้ยืมเพื่อการศึกษา คือ 1) รัฐบาลควรมีการจัดตลาดแรงงานให้กับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ 2) รัฐบาลควรเพิ่มบทลงโทษทางกฎหมายให้เด็ดขาด 3)รัฐบาลควรมีการตรวจสอบสถานะผู้กู้รายเก่า สถานศึกษาควรมีการคัดเลือกผู้รับทุนให้เข้มงวดขึ้น และสถานศึกษาควรปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกให้ผู้กู้ยืมรายเก่าตระหนักถึงผู้กู้ยืมราย
