• Prepare weekly sales report, account plan, sales pipeline management to manager.
• Responsible for the product marketing and competitive information.
• Handle the proposal for submitting requirement of customer.
• Responsible for keeping account activities and contacts up to date.
• Manage customer satisfaction, presenting customer issues and market requirements back to manager for immediate resolution.
• Manage peer to peer relationships, channels and other leverage points inclusive of business consulting.
• Conduct and co-ordinate meeting with customers.
• Solicit order, prepare pricing proposal and follows-up with existing and new customer.
• Study and handle handover process to comply with the company’s ISO9001:2000 process.
• Perform any related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required by manager.
