นอกจากเป็นนักร้องแล้ว แสตมป์ยังเป็นนักแต่งเพลงมือทองอีกด้วย เขาเริ่มแต่งเพลงให้กับศิลปินทุกค่ายที่ขวางหน้า หนังทุกเรื่องที่ยังไม่มีเพลง โฆษณาทุกชิ้นที่เขาพอจะมีคนรู้จักร่วมทำอยู่ จนในที่สุดเขาได้รับรางวัลแรกในชีวิตคือ รางวัล สีสันอวอร์ด สาขาเพลงยอดเยี่ยม จากเพลง น้ำตา ของธงไชย แมคอินไตย์ เรื่อยมาจนถึง เพลง เงินล้าน จากวงโมเดิร์นด๊อก เพลง ราตรีสวัสดิ์ ของ ฟักกลิ้งฮีโร่ เพลง ฝัน หวาน อาย จูบ จากภาพยนตร์ และที่สำคัญที่สุด เพลง ความคิด จากอัลบั้มเดี่ยวของเขา ซึ่งกลายเป็นเพลงมหาฮิตและได้รับรางวัลเพลงยอดเยี่ยมจากหลายสถาบัน จนปัจจุบันเขากวาดรางวัลไปแล้วถึง 17 รางวัล จากเกือบทุกสถาบันในประเทศ
