ขอแสดงความจำนงในการขอรับ Username และ Password ต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า โดยมีข้อตกลง ผูกพันดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1 การนำส่งงบการเงินผ่านทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามประกาศกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า โดยใช้ Username และ Password ที่ได้รับจากกรมถือว่าเป็นข้อมูลที่ส่งโดยข้าพเจ้าและข้าพเจ้าผูกพันรับผิดชอบต่อความครบถ้วนถูกต้องของข้อมูลนั้น
ข้อ 2 ข้าพเจ้าตกลงผูกพันว่างบการเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ส่งตามข้อ 1 สามารถใช้อ้างเป็นพยานหลักฐานในกระบวนการพิจารณาตามกฎหมายได้ โดยข้าพเจ้าจะไม่ปฏิเสธความมีอยู่ของข้อมูลดังกล่าวเพียงเพราะเหตุที่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวอยู่ในรูปของข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
ข้าพเจ้าจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อในหนังสือฉบับนี้ให้ไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
