โครงงานฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่มอัตราการผลิต กรณีศึกษา Krayasart Boonsong Paisarn. โดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตให้มีความสมดุลในกระบวนการผลิตของ Krayasart เพื่อลดความสูญเปล่าและลดเวลาในการทำงาน เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และมีการผลิตที่ต่อเนื่อง ทำให้สามารถผลิตสินค้าได้ทันตามความต้องการของลูกค้า โดยนำ(Flow Process Chart: FPC) ,(Flow Diagram), 5W1H เป็นเทคนิคในการตั้งคำถาม และ ECRS เป็นหลักการการแก้ไขปรับปรุง รวมถึงหลักการ Productivity และ กิจกรรม 5ส. อีกด้วย จึงได้นำหลักการดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาของกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อทำให้สายการผลิตมีการไหลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ไม่เกิดคอขวด และเพื่อปรับปรุงการจัดการสมดุลในกระบวนการผลิตของ Krayasart ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
