โครงการหนึ่งตำบล หนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือเรียกย่อว่า โอท็อป (OTOP) เป็นโครงการกระตุ้นธุรกิจประกอบการท้องถิ่น ซึ่งได้รับการออกแบบโดยทักษิณ ชินวัตร สมัยที่ยังดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2544-2549 โครงการดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายจะสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์ลักษณะเฉพาะที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายในท้องถิ่นแต่ละตำบล โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมากจากโครงการหนึ่งหมู่บ้านหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ (OTOP) ที่ประสบความสำเร็จของญี่ปุ่น
