การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการจัดการขยะของประชาชนบ้านสันป่างิ้ว ต.ต๋อม อ.เมือง จ.พะเยา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นการจัดการขยะของประชาชนบ้านสันป่างิ้ว ต.ต๋อม อ.เมือง จ.พะเยา จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอนดังนี้ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจเช็ครายการ (Cheek list) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรอิสระ (เพศ อายุ ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม) ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ชนิด 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรตาม (การจัดการขยะของประชาขนหมู่บ้านสันป่างิ้ว ต.ต๋อม อ.เมือง จ.พะเยา) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
