I check/remedy/ARSystem/ftsconfiguration/collection folder on ARServer found that the file "_53sq.cfs" contains the owner as root and change disable/enable as Owner aradmin test showed normal can be used.I would like to know whether the File contains the owner is root? When you Install with the ARAdmin do you think this problem is caused by what?
