วัดตันโพธิ์ศรีมหาโพธิ์
เป็นวัดสำคัญในเขตอำเภอศรีมโหสถ ห่างจากตัวเมืองปราจีนบุรี 23 กม. ตามเส้นทางสาย ปราจีนบุรี-พนมสารคาม ทางหลวงหมายเลข 319 ระหว่างหลักกม.ที่ 130-131 แยกขวาเข้าไป ประมาณ 1 กม. ภายในวัดมีต้นโพธิ์ซึ่งเก่าแก่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย เป็นต้นโพธิ์ที่นำหน่อมาจาก พุทธคยา ประเทศอินเดีย มีอายุกว่าสองพันปี ลำต้นวัดโดยรอบประมาณ 20 เมตร สูงประมาณ 30 เมตร ถือว่าเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ในวันวิสาขบูชาจะมีงานนมัสการต้นพระศรีมหาโพธิ์

กลุ่มโบราณสถานสระมรกต
ตั้งอยู่ในตำบลโคกไทย อำเภอศรีมโหสถ ห่างจากอำเภอเมืองไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 319 ถนนสุวินทวงศ์เป็นระยะทางประมาณ 24 กม. เป็นกลุ่มโบราณสถานทางพุทธศาสนาซึ่งมีการก่อสร้างซ้อนทับกันมาหลายสมัย เริ่มตั้งแต่ก่อนพุทธศตวรรษที่ 11 เป็นต้นมา จนกระทั่งถึงพุทธศตวรรษที่ 18 ประกอบด้วยสิ่งก่อสร้างศิลาแลงและอิฐ ส่วนใหญ่คงเหลือรากฐานเฉพาะอาคารเท่านั้น

บริเวณใกล้กันมี บ่อน้ำศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ซึ่งพบพระพุทธรูป และโบราณวัตถุเป็นจำนวนมาก นอกจากนี้ยังมี สระมรกต ซึ่งเป็นสระรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้ากว้างประมาณ 115 เมตร ยาว 214 เมตร ลึก 3.50 เมตร มีพื้นที่ประมาณ 25 ไร่ สันนิษฐานว่าขุดขึ้นมาเพื่อใช้เป็นแหล่งน้ำและได้นำศิลาแลงไปใช้ในการก่อสร้าง นอกจากสระมรกตแล้วยังมีสระบัวหล้า และ อาคารศรีมโหสถจัดแสดงนิทรรศการความรู้เกี่ยวกับโบราณสถานเมืองศรีมโหสถและจัดแสดงโบราณวัตถุที่ค้นพบในบริเวณนั้น ที่สำคัญ ๆ เช่น จารึกเนินสระบัว (ศิลาจารึกหลักที่ 56)เป็นศิลาจารึก หินทรายสีขาวขนาดกว้าง 40 ซม. ยาว 177 ซม. เดิมถูกขนย้ายจากโบราณสถานใกล้สระบัวหรือสระบัวล้า มาพิงไว้ที่โคนต้นโพธิ์ วัดต้นโพธิ์ศรีมหาโพธิ์ ได้รับการสำรวจและทำสำเนาครั้งแรกเมื่อ วันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2496 โดยนายชิน อยู่ดี ปัจจุบันจารึกนี้จัดแสดงอยู่ภายในอาคารศรีมโหสถ
