กรณีได้รับสิทธิตามมาตรา 30 วัตถุดิบหรือวัสดุจำเป็นนั้นจะต้องใช้เฉพาะในกิจการที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมเท่านั้น และต้องยื่นรายการเพื่อขอนุมัติการนำเข้าวัตถุดิบหรือวัสดุจำเป็นก่อนการนำเข้าไม่น้อยกว่าสองเดือน
