คู่สัญญาได้ตกลงกันมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ 4. ผู้รับจ้างสัญญาว่าจะเริ่มลงมือทำงานจ้างตามสัญญาข้อ 1 ณ สำนักงานขาย โครงการมหาสมุทร ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 70/152-153 ถนนหัวนาทับใต้ ซอย 112 ตำบล หัวหิน อำเภอ หัวหิน จังหวัด ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป และสิ้นสุดในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2560 โดยผู้รับจ้างจะส่งพนักงานตามรายชื่อที่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้ามาทำความสะอาดและปฏิบัติงานตามรายการละเอียดและเงื่อนไขตามเอกสารแนบท้ายสัญญานี้
กำหนดเวลาทำงานให้เป็นไปตามที่ระบุในรายละเอียดที่แนบท้ายสัญญานี้ ส่วนการ
ทำความสะอาดเป็นรายเดือน ให้นับระยะเวลาแรกตั้งแต่วันที่กำหนดให้เริ่มลงมือทำงานดังกล่าวเป็นต้นไป
และให้นับระยะเวลาต่อ ๆ ไปตั้งแต่วันต่อจากวันสุดท้ายแห่งระยะเวลาก่อนนั้น โดยให้นับวันหยุดทำการและวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์รวมด้วย

ข้อ 5. ในกรณีพนักงานของผู้รับจ้างไม่มาปฏิบัติงานหรือมาปฏิบัติงานไม่ครบจำนวนตามที่กำหนดไว้ในรายละเอียดแนบท้ายสัญญา ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดดังต่อไปนี้

5.3 ถ้าไม่มีพนักงานของผู้รับจ้างมาปฏิบัติงาน หรือมาแต่ไม่ปฏิบัติงานสามวันติดต่อกัน เมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างได้แจ้งให้ผู้รับจ้างทราบแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างยังไม่ดำเนินการแก้ไข หรือจัดส่งพนักงานมาปฏิบัติงานให้ครบตามสัญญาภายใน 7 วัน (เจ็ดวัน) ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้
การที่ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่บอกเลิกสัญญาตามความในข้อ 5.3 นั้นไม่เป็นเหตุให้ผู้รับจ้างพ้นจากความรับผิดตามสัญญานี้

ข้อ 6. ในการทำงานจ้าง ถ้าเกิดความเสียหายใด ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเกิดขึ้นแก่บุคลากรของผู้ว่าจ้างหรือบุคคลภายนอก ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความชำรุดบกพร่องเสียหายหรือการสูญหายแก่ทรัพย์สินของผู้ว่าจ้างหรือ
