มาตรา ๒๓ ในกรณีที่ใบอนุญาตสูญหายหรือถูกทำลายในสาระสำคัญให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจโรงแรมยื่นคำขอรับใบแทนใบอนุญาตจากนายทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับทราบการสูญหายหรือถูกทำลาย
