ข้อ 4. ผู้จะขายรับรองว่าที่ดินที่จะซื้อจะขายตามข้อ 1. ปลอดจากภาระจำยอมอย่างใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น และผู้จะขายเป็นผู้รับผิด หากมีการรอนสิทธิในที่ดินนั้น
ข้อ 5. ผู้จะซื้อจะชำระราคาที่ดินให้แก่ผู้จะขายดังนี้
5.1 ผู้จะซื้อจะจ่ายเงินสดให้สำหรับราคาที่ดิน จำนวน 100,000.- บาท (หนึ่งแสนบาท) แรกในวันที่ 9 เดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2558

ข้อ 6. นับแต่วันทำสัญญานี้เป็นต้นไป ผู้จะขายสัญญาว่าจะไม่กระทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพที่ดินเป็นอย่างอื่น ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้จะซื้อหรือกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดมีลักษณะเช่นว่านั้นหรือยินยอมให้ผู้อื่นกระทำการดังกล่าวนั้น

ข้อ 7. ผู้จะขายสัญญาว่าจะเป็นผู้ชำระค่าภาษีที่ดินที่ค้างชำระเองทั้งสิ้น

ข้อ 9. ค่าธรรมเนียมในการตรวจสอบเนื้อที่ รังวัดสอบเขต หรือรังวัดแบ่งแยกรวมทั้งค่าธรรมเนียมการจดทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรมในที่ดินที่จะซื้อขายตามสัญญานี้ ผู้จะขายเป็นผู้ชำระเองทั้งสิ้น
ข้อ 10. ถ้าคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดประพฤติผิดสัญญา หรือละเมิดข้อตกลงในสัญญานี้ ฝ่ายที่มิได้ผิดสัญญามีสิทธิเรียกเบี้ยปรับได้เท่าที่จำนวนที่ตนต้องเสียไปเพราะเหตุประพฤติผิดสัญญาหรือละเมิดข้อตกลงในสัญญานี้ และมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ เว้นแต่ข้อผิดสัญญาหรือละเมิดนั้นเกิดแต่เหตุสุดวิสัย
ข้อ 11. ในกรณีผู้จะซื้อผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใด ผู้จะขายมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาได้ ริบเงินที่ผู้จะซื้อได้ชำระแล้วทั้งหมด และเรียกค่าเสียหายที่เกิดจากการบอกเลิกสัญญา
สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นสองฉบับมีข้อความเป็นอย่างเดียวกัน คู่สัญญาได้อ่านเข้าใจข้อความโดยละเอียดตลอดแล้ว จึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยานและเก็บไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับ
