The range that I'm exercising intensely. Am I skinny down a lot?The skin, I weaken my lack of protein.But sometime I don't have to exercise.I eat 5-6 times per day eggs, milk, banana and chicken meat.It's good for the body, I come back everything is the same.
During heavy exercise, I 'm a lot thinner skin I weaken my lack of protein , but I'm not busy to exercise, I eat boiled eggs a day, 5 -6 milk, banana and chicken is very good for my body. Everything is back to normal.
