ผมได้ทำการสั่งซื้อเกม EUROPA UNIVERSALIS IV เมื่อวันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2558 ในราคา 412.25 บาท แต่วันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2558 ผมก็ทำเรื่องขอเงินคืน โดยที่ผมยังไม่ได้แตะต้องเกมนั้นเลย ผมได้รับการยืนยันใน E-mail แล้วว่าได้รับเงินจำนวน 412.25 บาท คืนภายใน 7 วัน จนวันนี้วันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2558 ผมก็ยังไม่ได้รับเงินจำนวนดังกล่าวคืน แต่เกม EUROPA UNIVERSALIS IV ได้ถูกส่งคืนไปแล้ว ขอความกรุณาคืนเงินผมด้วยครับ ด้วยความเคารพ
