สัญญาเช่ารถจักรยานยนต์
ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า ผู้ให้เช่าหรืออีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญาดังมีข้อความต่อไปนี้
1.ผู้เช่าได้เช่ารถจักรยานรุ่น ..........ยี่ห้อ.................... "ผู้ให้เช่า" ตกลงให้เช่า และ “ผู้เช่า”
ตกลงรับเช่า มีกำหนด...............เดือน
นับตั้งแต่วันที่........ เดือน..................พ.ศ. ......... ถึงวันที่..............เดือน...................... พ.ศ. .......... เป็นอันสิ้นสุดสัญญาฉบับนี้ เพื่อในการอยู่อาศัยนี้ “ผู้เช่า”ตกลงชำระเงินค่าเช่าให้แก่ “ผู้ให้เช่า” ในอัตราเดือนละ................. บาท

2.ผู้เช่ารับรองว่า ในระหว่างที่ผู้เช่ารับรถที่เช่าไป ถ้ารถจักรยานตลอดจนอุปกรณ์ชำรุดหรือเสียหายหรือสูญหายด้วยประการใดๆ และไม่คำนึงว่าจะเป็นความรับผิดของผู้เช่าหรือไม่ ผู้เช่ายอมรับใช้ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าตามราคาที่กำหนดไว้ทั้งสิ้น แม้ความเสียหายใดๆ พึงทำให้เกิดแก่บุคคลภายนอก ผู้เช่าก็รับผิดชอบใช้ค่าเสียหายให้ผู้เดียวไม่เกี่ยวกับผู้ให้เช่า

3.ผู้เช่ายอมให้สัญญาว่าจะไม่นำรถที่เช่าไปให้คนอื่นเช่าช่วง หรือให้ผู้อื่นยืม หรือนำไปด้วยประการใดๆ เป็นอันขาด เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

4.ผู้เช่าได้นำเงินประกัน จำนวน...............มามอบให้ผู้เช่ายึดถือไว้เป็นประกัน

5.ผู้เช่าต้องรีบนำจักรยานส่งคืนพร้อมด้วยเครื่องอุปกรณ์ตามสภาพเดิม ซึ่งไม่มีชำรุดเสียหายใดๆ ทันที เมื่อผู้ให้เช่าได้รับจักรยานและเครื่องอุปกรณ์ตรวจถูกต้องไม่มีการชำรุดเสียหายอย่างใดแล้ว ต้องคืนทรัพย์ที่วางประกันใช้ผู้เช่าไป

6.ถ้าผู้เช่าทำผิดสัญญานี้แต่ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด หรือทำผิดระเบียบข้อบังคับการเช่ารถของผู้ให้เช่าแม้แต่ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด ผู้เช่ายอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าริบทรัพย์ตามที่วางประกันตามข้อ5 นั้นเสีย และต้องใช้ค่าเสียหายอีกส่วนหนึ่งอีกด้วย

7.ข้าพเจ้าผู้เช่าและผู้ให้เช่า ได้ทราบข้อความตามสัญญานี้ตลอดแล้ว เพื่อเป็นหลังฐานจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อให้ไว้เป็นสำคัญ
