วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระเพื่อศึกษาถึงพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการเสริมความงาม และความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาด รวมถึงการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการธุรกิจเสริมความงาม กับปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดของ “วุฒิศักดิ์ คลินิก” ซึ่งตัวแปรอิสระประกอบด้วย 2 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะ ส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ ประกอบด้วย อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนและตัวแปร ด้านพฤติกรรมการใช้ บริการเสริมความงาม “วุฒิศักดิ์ คลินิก” ของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มเพศหญิง ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวแปรตามที่ 1 ตัว ได้แก่ ความต้องการปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และการบริการ ด้านราคา ด้านสถานที่ ด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ด้านบุคคล ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านการสร้างและนำเสนอลักษณะทางกายภาพ
