Salesforce is willing to improve on 2,3 only if 4 remain standard salesforce terms.

1. Rate offered remains 0,77% as discussed. You have obtained our best and final offer.

2. SLA, we are prepared to give 99.3% SLA in exchange for our standard term 4.

3. We are prepared to include +1 storefront ( worth 480k USD over 4 years use ) in order to cover up to 5Month worth of project go-live delay. For additional storefront ( Number 3 and more ) , Carrefour will need to place an add-on Order Form for 120k annually.

4. 5 years contract, Annual payment commitment - Salesforce Governance, Grocery expertise, will mitigate risk over go-live delay and Carrefour will Commit to payment terms over 5 years contract.
