3. สร้างเครื่องมือและระบบจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูลตามโครงการฯ ที่กำหนด

4. จัดหาและรวบรวมข้อมูลตามต้องการ

5. จัดเก็บและตรวจสอบข้อมูลเข้าระบบฐานข้อมูล

6. จัดทำระบบการให้บริการข้อมูลที่ตรงประเด็นและรวดเร็ว
