งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอผลการจำลองอพยพหนีไฟของอาคารสูงที่มีพื้นที่ครอบครองหลากหลายประเภท โดยใช้โปรแกรม Pathfinder 2016 วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้ คือเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการอพยพหนีไฟในกรณีบันไดหนีไฟบางบันไดไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ และบางบันไดหนีไฟกำหนด Priority ของแต่ละชั้น เพื่อประมาณเวลาในการอพยพหนีไฟในแต่ละกรณี อาคารหลังนี้สูง 36 ชั้น มีความสูงจากพื้นถึงหลังคาประมาณ 150 เมตร กว้าง 67 เมตร ยาว 202 เมตร มีบันไดหนีไฟจำนวน 7 บันได อยู่โดยรอบภายในอาคาร จำนวนคนผู้ใช้อาคารสูงสุดคำนวณตามมาตรฐาน NFPA101 Life Safety Code มีทั้งหมด 14,458 คน
