การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการซื้อขายหมวกปักร้าน SRU POLO ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมุ่งเน้นประสิทธิภาพในการใช้โปรแกรมซื้อขายหมวกปักร้าน SRU POLO ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี และ ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานหลังจากการเข้าใช้โปรแกรมกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ และกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญเป็นบุคคลทั่วไป และนักศึกษาที่เข้ามาใช้บริการร้าน SRU POLO ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 23 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เป็นเจ้าของร้านและพนักงานในร้าน SRU POLO ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 25 คนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล ความพึงพอใจ การเก็บข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 1 ช่วง คือแบบ One shot case study มุ่งเน้นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองเพียงกลุ่มเดียว โดนศึกษาจากผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากตัวแปรตาม ว่าเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ ไม่มีกลุ่มควบคุม ไม่มีการทดลองก่อนทดลองจากการทดลองให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้โปรแกรมซื้อขายหมวกในร้าน SRU POLO ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี และให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทำแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ที่มีต่อโปรแกรมซื้อขายหมวกในร้าน SRU POLO ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีและมีระดับความพึงพอใจ เฉลี่ยในเกณฑ์เห็นด้วยจากโปรแกรมซื้อขายหมวกปักร้าน SRU POLO มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี
