แนวทางการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานบริหารจัดการหอพักนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น วัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและแนวทางในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานบริหารจัดการหอพักนักศึกษา 2.เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานบริหารจัดการหอพักนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการของสำนักงานบริหารจัดการหอพักนักศึกษา ประกอบด้วย หัวหน้างานสำนักงานบริหารจัดการหอพักนักศึกษา หัวหน้าหน่วยสำนักงานบริหารจัดการจำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และนักศึกษาที่พักอาศัยหอพักในมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 364 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามลักษณะมีโครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้การวิเคราะห์ สถิติ ร้อยละ
