คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง อาหารกินดีมีสุข จัดทำขึ้นโดยใช้โปรแกรม Flash MX ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมที่ใช้สำหรับทางด้านการทำสื่อการสอน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้เป็นสื่อการเรียนการสอน เรื่อง อาหารกินดีมีสุข คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนชุดนี้เป็นการสอนเกี่ยวกับ สารอาหารอาหารหลัก 5 หมู่ โดยมีรูปภาพและตัวอักษรเคลื่อนไหวประกอบ และมีเสียงเดนตรีประกอบการเรียนรู้ ให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความสนใจ และมีแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน ให้ผู้เรียนได้ทำอีกด้วย ผู้เรียนสามารถนำคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนชุดนี้ไปฝึกฝนได้ด้วยตนเองและยังช่วยให้ผู้เรียนได้รับความสะดวกในการเรียนทั้งด้านเวลา และสถานที่ ทำให้ผู้เรียนพัฒนาตนเองได้เร็ว
