การทำโครงการในครั้งนี้ศึกษาเรื่อง การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้อุปโภคในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลสว่างแดนดิน อำเภอสว่างแดนดิน จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อมุ่งศึกษาความพึงพอใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้จัดทำโครงการได้สร้างขึ้นจากการศึกษา ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นคำถามแบบปลายปิดและปลายเปิด แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน และการแจกแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลสว่างแดนดิน อำเภอสว่างแดนดิน จังหวัดสกลนคร การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป การวิเคราะห์สถานภาพเกี่ยวกับ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา การแจกแจงความถี่และค่าร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์ระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) แล้วนำไปเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์แปลความหมายโดยน้ำหนักของค่าเฉลี่ย 5 ระดับ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย น้อยที่สุด (บุญชม ศรีสะอาด 2545 : 103) การวิเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอแนะโดยใช้ค่าความถี่และวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา
1. ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่า ผู้อุปโภคส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก ผลิตภัณฑ์มีความแปลกใหม่
2. ด้านการตลาด พบว่า ผู้อุปโภคส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก เรื่องของแหล่งจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์มีเพียงพอ
3. ด้านราคา พบว่า ผู้อุปโภคส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก เรื่องราคาที่ใช้บริการมีมูลค่าต่ำกว่าที่อื่น
4. ด้านต้นทุนการผลิต พบว่า ผู้อุปโภคส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจ เรื่องต้นทุนของผลิตภัณฑ์มีความเหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์
