เนื่องจากคนไทยในปัจจุบันนิยมรับประทานขนมของชาวต่างชาติและคนไทยส่วนใหญ่จะไม่รู้จักวิธีทำขนมเทียนเพื่อไปร่วมงานประเพณีต่างๆจึงไปซื้อตามตลาดแทนจึงอยากให้คนไทยได้รู้ถึงคุณค่าของการทำขนมเทียนเพื่อสืบสานวัฒนธรรมของไทยและได้เผยแพร่ให้คนทั่วโลกรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำขนมเทียน
วัตถุประสงค์
1.สร้างเพื่อต้องการให้ทุกคนรู้ถึงคุณค่าของการทำขนมเทียนไส้เค็ม
2.ต้องการให้ผู้ที่มาศึกษาสามารถค้นคว้าการทำขนมเทียนไส้เค็ม
3.เพื่อเป็นการศึกษาและพัฒนาเรื่องการทำขนมเทียนให้คงอยู่ต่อไป
