ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ย้ายสถานประกอบกิจก

ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ย้ายสถานประกอบกิจการไปตั้ง ณ สถานที่อื่นอันมีผลกระทบสำคัญต่อการดำรงชีวิตตามปกติของพนักงานหรือครอบครัว บริษัทฯจะแจ้งให้พนักงานทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบวันก่อนวันย้ายสถานประกอบกิจการ ถ้าพนักงานไม่ประสงค์จะไปทำงานด้วยพนักงานมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาจ้างได้ โดยบริษัทฯยินดีจ่ายค่าชดเชยพิเศษให้ไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละห้าสิบของอัตราค่าชดเชยที่พนักงานมีสิทธิได้รับตามข้อ 99
ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯไม่แจ้งให้พนักงานทราบการย้ายสถานประกอบกิจการล่วงหน้าตามวรรคหนึ่ง บริษัทยินดีจ่ายค่าชดเชยพิเศษแทนการบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้าเท่ากับค่าจ้างสุดท้ายสามสิบวัน
