การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรสร้างเสริมจิตสำนักสาธารณะสำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู โดยใช้จิตตปัญญาปฏิบัติ ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การร่างหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย การศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การยกร่างหลักสูตร การตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตร และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขหลักสูตร ใช้วิธีวิจัยเอกสาร และการสนทนากลุ่ม ระยะที่ 2 การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย การทดลองใช้หลักสูตร และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขหลักสูตร ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ และระยะที่ 3 การใช้ และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขหลักสูตร ประกอบไปด้วย การใช้หลักสูตร และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขหลักสูตร ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเลย ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 30 คน เป็นอาสาสมัครในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักสูตรสร้างเสริมจิตสำนึกสาธารณะสำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู โดยใช้จิตตปัญญาปฏิบัติ มีองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) จุดหมาย 3) โครงสร้าง 4) เนื้อหา 5) กิจกรรม 6) สื่อ 7) การประเมินผล และ8) การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้
ในการสร้างเสริมจิตสำนึกสาธารณะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 มอดูล คือ 1) การพัฒนาตนเอง มี 3 หน่วย 12 แผนการจัดกิจกรรม ใช้ระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรม 16 ชั่วโมง 2) การพัฒนาสังคม มี 2 หน่วย 16 แผนการจัดกิจกรรม ใช้ระยะเวลาในการจัดกิจกรรม 32 ชั่วโมง รวมเวลาที่ใช้ทั้งสิ้น 48 ชั่วโมงหรือ 16 สัปดาห์หรือ 1 ภาคเรียน ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า อาสาสมัครปรากฏมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตนเองมีคุณสมบัติจิตสำนึกสาธารณะทั้ง 10 ประการ ได้แก่ ความคิดสำนึก เมตตา เอื้อเฟื้อเสียสละ การพูดในทางที่สร้างสรรค์ วินัย รับผิดชอบ ทำตนให้เป็นประโยชน์ ยินดีในการสร้างประโยชน์แก่ส่วนรวม ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และทำประโยชน์เพื่อส่วนรวม ตลอดทั้งมีความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตร นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า บุคคลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาสาสมัครสังเกตเห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงและมีความพึงพอใจในจิตสำนึกสาธารณะของอาสาสมัคร
