เว็บโปรแกรมเมอร์ คือ คนที่เขียนรหัสภาษาคอมพิวเตอร์ ให้ทำงานกับเว็บ bowser เพื่อให้มีการตอบสนองระหว่าง ผู้ใช้งาน กับ ผู้ดูแลระบบ

เว็บโปรแกรมเมอร์ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ front-end developer กับ back-end Developer

Front-end จะค่อยดูแลการจัดการเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์เพื่อที่จะให้เว็บไซต์มีการตอบสนองกับผู้ใช้งาน และไม่ทำให้เว็บไซต์เป็น Static เกินไป และเปลี่ยนเป็น dynamic แทน
