บริษัท ไทยน้ำทิพย์ จำกัด ผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายเครื่องดื่ม โคคา-โคลา ในประเทศไทย ได้ร่วมทุนกับบริษัทพีที คอนสตรัคชั่น จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทในประเทศลาวเพื่อทำการผลิตและจัดจำหน่ายเครื่องดื่มของกลุ่มธุรกิจโคคา-โคลา ในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว

ในตลาดประเทศลาวทันที ทั้งนี้ บริษัท ลาว โคคา-โคลา บอทลิ่ง จำกัด จะสร้างโรงงานผลิตเครื่องดื่มในนครหลวงเวียงจันทน์ ซึ่งคาดว่าจะสามารถเปิดเดินเครื่องการผลิตได้ในปี 2557
