3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 สามารถสรุปแนวทางการพัฒนาได้ดังนี้
