การเดินทาง จากตัวเมืองปราจีนบุรีไปตามทางถนนปราจีนบุรี-ประจันตคาม เส้นทางหลวงหมายเลข 3452 ระยะทางประมาณ 16 กิโลเมตร ให้เลี้ยวขวาไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 33 จนถึงสี่แยกประจันตคาม แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายไปตามถนน รพช. หรือจะใช้เส้นทางสี่แยกเนินหอมแล้วเลี้ยวขวาไปตามทางหลวงหมายเลข 33 จนถึงสี่แยกประจันตคาม ให้เลี้ยวซ้ายไปตามถนน รพช. ประมาณ 16 กิโลเมตร และเดินเท้าต่อไปอีกประมาณ 500 เมตร จนถึงตัวน้ำตกตะคร้อ
