โอนตกลงจะเตรียมดำเนินการและนำผู้รับโอนไปทำการจดทะเบียนการเช่าโดยตรงกับผู้ให้เช่าภายในกำหนดระยะเวลา 30 วันนับจากวันที่ทำสัญญาฉบับนี้ โดยผู้โอนจะเป็นผู้รับภาระในค่าธรรมเนียมต่าง ๆ ที่ต้องชำระกับทางราชการ และผู้โอนตกลงจะส่งมอบทรัพย์สินให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อยพร้อมที่จะเข้าประกอบกิจการได้
