ด้วยโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต ๒๑ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เปิดสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษตามโครงการ Intensive Program โดย ได้รับครูต่างชาติคือ Miss Epie Blythe Wukane สัญชาติแคเมอรูน หนังสือเดินทางเลขที่ ๐๐๔๒๙๑๕ ไปปฏิบัติการสอนที่โรงเรียนเซกา จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ เมษายน ๒๕๕๘ – ๓๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๙
โรงเรียนพิจารณาแล้วเพื่อให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและการจ้างชาวต่างชาติเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย และสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนภาษาต่างประเทศ ให้กับนักเรียน จึงขออนุญาตให้ Miss Epie Blythe Wukane ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนเซกาโดยไม่ต้องมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครู ตั้งแต่ ๑ เมษายน ๒๕๕๘ – ๓๑ มีนาคม ๒๕๕๙ ดังรายละเอียดตามเอกสารที่แนบมาพร้อมนี้
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อโปรดพิจารณาดำเนินการต่อไป
