- จัดอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้แก่ผู้โดยสารตามความเหมาะสมกับระยะเวลาที่รอขึ้นเครื่องบินโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย
- จัดอุปกรณ์ให้แก่ผู้โดยสารเพื่อใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสารด้วยวิธีการใด ๆ ตามความจำเป็นและเหมาะสมโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย
- เมื่อผู้โดยสารไม่ประสงค์เดินทางต่อไปให้สายการบินคืนเงินค่าโดยสารและค่าธรรมเนียมอื่นใดที่เรียกเก็บเต็มตามจำนวน ซึ่งผู้โดยสารได้ชำระไปสำหรับการเดินทางหรือเฉพาะส่วนที่ยังไม่ได้เดินทาง แต่หากสายการบินประสงค์จะคืนเป็น Travel Vouchers หรือสิ่งอื่นแทนเงินค่าโดยสารและค่าธรรมเนียมดังกล่าวจะต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้โดยสารก่อนแล้วเท่านั้น
