ตามมาตรา 29 ให้ได้รับลดหย่อนอากรขาเข้ากึ่งหนึ่ง สำหรับเครื่องจักรกึ่งหนึ่งตามที่คณะกรรมการพิจารณาอนุมัติ เว้นแต่รายการเครื่องจักรที่มีอากรขาเข้าต่ำกว่าร้อยละสิบ จะไม่ได้รับการลดหย่อน
