อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์พันท้ายนรสิงห์ตั้งอยู่ตำบลพันท้ายนรสิงห์ จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยตั้งอยู่ ณ บริเวณสถานที่ซึ่งเคยเกิดเหตุการณ์หัวเรือพระที่นั่งของพระเจ้าเสือหัก ทั้งนี้ ได้มีการสร้างขึ้นเพื่อเป็นอนุสรณ์แก่พันท้ายนรสิงห์
